After going through an afternoon I would have rather not have experienced, I have a new smile. Problem is, it hurts too much to smile. The doc gave me vicodin and even though I usually won’t take such prescriptions, THIS time, I have no choice. Over the counter stuff just wasn’t working. 
Maybe tomorrow, I’ll smile.
