Police are looking for a 48-year-old Randolph man now accused of running three meth labs in Dodge and Columbia counties.
On Tuesday, the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence on County Trunk A in the town of Courtland, just south of Randolph, after learning Dean Wingers allegedly had begun operating his third clandestine meth drug lab since September 2006.
Police arrested Wingers last month at a hotel just outside Randolph and charged him with manufacturing methamphetamine in his room.
Dodge County Sheriff Todd Nehls said Winger’s mother posted $40,000 cash bail Friday and her son was released from the Dodge County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in court again Thursday.
$40,000 doesn’t seem like a big enough bail from someone who has gone out of his way to destroy so many lives.
